EIS-Zauberei is a licensing and franchising company with wholesale trade as well as special machine production and service. The system headquarters are located in Rheinsberg. We export our EiZ mixing machines to 18 countries around the world.

Dual study
Bachelor of Arts - Business Administration
The practical training with us at Eiszauberei is very varied and interesting. You will be able to participate in large trade fairs at home and abroad and also gain experience in the field.
But there's always a catch: our EiZ has to be tasted almost every day ;)
You will study at the vocational training centre in Wittenberge or Potsdam. The practical training takes place at the EIS-Zauberei® system headquarters in Rheinsberg, at various trade fairs at home and abroad or in the field.
We will support you in finding accommodation and pay a monthly salary.

Vocational training
Training as a system caterer
At Eiszauberei, you have the opportunity to train as a system caterer in three years.
The theoretical training takes place at a vocational school. You will complete your practical training mainly at the system headquarters in Rheinsberg, but also in other catering establishments. Your tasks will also include looking after the EiZ stands at trade fairs at home and abroad.
With successful completion, you have good chances of being taken on by us or an EiZ partner. We recommend that you do a work placement with us beforehand or work as an EiZ salesperson during the holidays. This way we get to know each other and you have a better chance of getting an apprenticeship in the smallest ice cream factory in the world. We look forward to meeting you.

We offer limited internships every year. As a pupil from the 10th grade or as a university applicant, you can apply for an internship of up to four weeks (appointments are arranged on an ongoing basis).
Our interns are integrated into our operations from day one. This gives you a practical insight into the various professions and activities at EIS-Zauberei®. According to the internship period, we assign interesting and challenging project work in the marketing area.
Are you a student interested in an internship in business administration, marketing, controlling or to improve your foreign language skills? You can complete a three to six-month internship with us. We are particularly happy to receive applications from abroad!

Sales representative

Innovation assistant
As part of a funding measure, we employ innovation assistants who are funded by the European Union and the European Social Fund.
The aim of this measure is to continuously develop EIS-Zauberei through the economic know-how of the innovation assistants. The transfer of knowledge into the company should enable us to grow and innovate, making EIS-Zauberei even more competitive for the future.
For example, with the help of the measure, we have succeeded in improving considerably in the area of events. Through a more structured approach
in the processing of enquiries and the implementation of events, the experience of "EIS magic" could be communicated even better.
